Upon opening this bottle, rich aromas of black cherries and blackberries are intricately mixed with notes of cedar, dark chocolate and black olives.  The palate is layered with fruit flavors and velvet tannins that provide a solid structure and good balance.  The texture is smooth and the finish has a spicy kick.
